Every figure on the board belongs to one town, one airport and one car size: the most a company may charge through the desk for that ride. When a company has a car of that size free, its fare reaches you in writing before your yes, at the printed figure or below it: a fixed rate for the ride itself. Adding a tip or an extra
A tip for the company's driver is up to you and stands outside every figure here; no written fare adds one by default. A child seat, an extra stop or a longer wait costs something only when you ask for it, and then appears as its own line in the written fare, on top of the figure for the ride, before you say yes. Where a long run tops out
The whole written fare, the ride plus every extra you asked for, stays within $250 for the car, and each company accepts that in writing before it receives rides. The far towns feel it most: from Mission Viejo, an SUV to LAX carries the highest figure on the board, $235 for the car, one way, so extras on that ride fit only in what is left below $250 for the car.
Who collects for the ride
The company that drives you collects the fare, by card in the car or in the way its confirmation sets out. Nothing is paid on this site, and riders owe the desk nothing, since the fare belongs to the company. The flat fee that company owes the desk for a completed ride is the same for every company, sits inside the fare and never shows as its own line.
Sending a request brings a free quote with no obligation. Until you accept one company's written fare, the companies asked about a car see only the ride details, never your name, phone or email. After your yes, the desk passes the reservation to that company alone.

Turn the board into your own fare
The board gives the most each town, airport and car size can cost; your fare turns on your town, airport and load. The form collects those, and the desk answers in writing within two hours, a clock that runs only while the phone is open.
